Job Title: Preschool Deputy Manager

Cally began her journey at Little Angels in April 2019 as an Early Years Practitioner whilst studying for her Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification. She was quickly promoted to Assistant Room Supervisor in the Green Room (2 & 3-year-olds), where she assisted in managing the room and supporting the children’s development. In August 2025, Cally took on the role of Deputy Manager of the Preschool Room, managing a team of practitioners and teachers and overseeing the Preschool room for our school leavers. During this time, she also achieved her Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner qualification, passing with Distinction! She enjoys observing and overseeing children’s development, ensuring the ambitious curriculum continues to engage and challenge the children and support their growth and progression.
