Marina, our dedicated Nursery Manager, brings over 18 years of experience in early childhood education. She has a great deal of experience working within the EYFS framework and is a strong advocate for safeguarding, ensuring every child at Little Angels feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn. Marina is passionate about creating a warm, nurturing environment where children can grow with confidence. Her gentle approach helps children feel secure and excited to explore the world around them. She believes wholeheartedly in working in close partnership with parents and staff; she works hard to build relationships, prioritising listening and keeping all parties informed at every stage of a child’s journey through nursery. Families appreciate her openness, kindness, and commitment to equity and inclusivity. With Marina leading our staff team, we are confident that children’s wellbeing, development, and happiness are at the heart of everything we do.
